Our project manager was informative and explained exactly what our issues were and clearly explained the process that would be used to fix the problems. The workers were nice and kept the work area clean. They even went above and beyond and helped rescue our cat that got stuck while they were here! (No fault of theirs- just they happened to be here when I discovered the cat was stuck in the car!) We were very pleased with all the employees with which we interacted!
