It was no surprise that TJ was polite and efficient as one expects sales reps to be so. But the real surprise came from the crew that did the actual work. The four men who did the installation knew exactly what they had to do and did it to perfection. Gabriel, the supervisor, ensured that no aspect of the job was left undone or skipped. All were polite and efficient workers. Men like these do more to ensure a company stays in business than a ton of slick advertising. They were a pleasure to have at our home.
