I had a leak under a window and another company told me I had to do all these things, and then they found a crack in my slab under the window.  They told me I had to repair the crack in the slab. I was so relieved when Foundation Specialties came to my home. The person that came to my home was professional, personable, a good communicator, and took the time to explain why I did not need to repair the crack.
