Stabilize Your Foundation Walls From Bowing and Tilting

A failed, rusty i-beam foundation wall system installed in .

Eventually sub-par I-beam systems will lose their integrity, develop rust and deteriorate over time. The patented PowerBrace™ system is created with zinc-coated steel which is resistant to corrosion.

The patented PowerBrace™ foundation reinforcement system employs a unique approach to stabilizing and straightening bowed and buckled foundation walls. Heavy-duty steel beams are custom-cut and adjusted to your basement walls and secured with steel brackets anchored into your basement floor and floor joists.

The PowerBrace™ system is a great option for Arkansas home's with limited yard space and property zone issues. Unlike, our highly acclaimed Geo-Lock™ Wall Anchors, the PowerBrace™ system is installed without damaging or disturbing landscaping.

When outside access is possible, our foundation specialists highly recommend repairing bowing and tilting walls with our wall anchor systems. Our wall anchor systems address extreme wall failure and provide the best opportunity to straighten your foundation walls.

Our experts will be able to examine your foundation and determine if this repair strategy is the best fit for your structural issues.

PowerBrace™ Wall System Installation

Cutting Wall Braces

The patented PowerBrace™ is a wall repair system that utilizes heavy-duty steel beams that are custom-fit to the height of the failing basement wall. In order to ensure long-lasting quality and durability, the I-beams and their support hardware are specially treated with a rust-resistant zinc coating.

One of our foundation experts will determine how many PowerBrace™ supports are required to repair the failing foundation. Before installing the PowerBrace™ supports, each steel beam is custom cut to the specific height of the basement walls.

Secured, Adjustable Floor Joist Hardware

Each I-beam is then attached to the floor joist near the mudsill of the foundation wall. Next, the I-beam is connected to an adjustable heavy-duty steel bracket bolted to the floor joist. Within the steel bracket mechanism a large-diameter bolt is positioned in order to tighten the wall repair system.

To ensure if the PowerBrace™ is required in your home, one of our foundation contractors will inspect the strength of your floor joists prior to recommending the steel I-beams.

Positioning The PowerBrace™ System

The patented PowerBrace™ Foundation Wall System is most effective when each steel I-beam is lined perfectly plumb or vertical against each respective foundation wall. One of our foundation repair contractors will fine-tune each beam in position, preparing for the next step of the wall repair installation.

At Foundation Specialties LLC, we offer Arkansas foundations wall repair systems with stability and long-lasting quality. Each PowerBrace™ installation comes complete with our 25-year manufacturing warranty, as well as our own installation warranty.

The patented PowerBrace™ system can restore foundation walls that bow and buckle in the middle, and slide inwards from the bottom or tilt inwards from the top.

Our PowerBrace™ system has the ability to stabilize and restore your bowing or buckling foundation walls back toward to it's original positioning.
