My home was built around 1970s and it has a crawl space that holds a lot of humidity and has little air flow. When I bought it last year I saw damaged on certain corners and walls outside the house due to mole activity and gutters draining directly into the foundation. There are some uneven areas on the floor and the weight of the house seems to go towards the middle, you can see some cracks in the walls and the stairs leading to the second floor also present cracks. Walking around the outside of the house you can see where it has sunk in some areas because the ventilation is sinking with it. I would like to renovate the bathroom, but the floor is uneven there as well so I feel I need to address that issue first.
